You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winp Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. winp will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify winp immediately.
winp is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
winp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. winp is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.
You must not fund your winp account using funds that are the proceeds of any illegal activity. winp complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not permitted on the winp Platform, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
All transactions on the winp Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). winp does not accept or process transactions in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency.

All games available on the winp Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of winp.
Any unauthorised use of winp's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which winp reserves all legal remedies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winp, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the winp Platform, including but not limited to:
winp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winp collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the winp Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
winp may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities in accordance with applicable law. winp implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. winp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if winp determines in its sole discretion that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination of your account for cause, winp reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, pending withdrawals, or winnings that were obtained in connection with the conduct giving rise to termination. Any real-money balance not associated with the violating conduct will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable regulatory requirements.
You may close your winp account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to KYC verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and winp, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting winp customer support. winp will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent winp from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
For disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes, winp's records of game activity shall be the primary source of evidence. Players may request a review of specific game rounds by contacting customer support with the relevant game round ID and date.
winp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, winp will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
